Winter Poems

Posted on December 31, 2022 by Editor

Transition

As a year has passed us by,
A new one takes its place,
Filled with promise and joy,
May it bring us grace!

Best wishes for the approaching year;
All that is good shall it bring near!

The world might feel so grey at times,
And wounds may take a while to heal,
But never doubt in our hearts, Divine
Strength, to make our dreams real.

Best wishes for the approaching year;
All that is good shall it bring near!

We thank the past for lessons learnt,
As we would not be who we are today.
From these memories, memories of old,
We come better suited to face this new day.

Best wishes for the approaching year;
All that is good shall it bring near!
